Book Review: Focusing

This was a quick read and a rather informative one. It’s nothing new, but this was written before “mindfulness” became a household word. Six steps to just take a moment and focus on your current feelings – with plenty of examples to back it up, which I appreciated. Only one chapter was focused on the actual steps-the rest were case studies and troubleshooting. Pretty revolutionary book for its time, and really does work if you let it. Some might find this dry and “common sense”, but sometimes we all need a reminder of how to stop and focus!!
