I just got the sweetest text from a dear friend about how much I mean to them…and even though I knew this subconsciously, it was both a surprise and a blessing to have it spelled out for me…To realize, yes, you do matter in the world, and the world is, in fact, brighter with you in it.

So to all those I see every day, to those I barely see (except on Facebook), and those I have yet to meet, just know this before the ball drops tonight on 2013…YOU MATTER…and don’t let anyone tell you differently.
